Tex-Mex Salmon Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Spanglish Asadero Tex-Mex Chicken & Steak seasoning
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • A drizzle of olive oil
  • Salt to taste

For serving:

  • White rice
  • Carrots
  • Cucumber
  • Avocado
  • Salsa of your choice
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Tex-Mex

Directions
  1. Season the salmon with paprika, black pepper, Spanglish Asadero Tex-Mex Chicken & Steak seasoning, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt to taste. Mix well to coat evenly.
  2. Place the salmon in the air fryer and cook at 380°F for 12 minutes.
  3. Once cooked, serve the salmon over white rice.
  4. Add carrots, cucumber, and avocado on the side.
  5. Top with salsa of your choice and garnish with chopped green onions.
