Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp Spanglish Asadero Tex-Mex Chicken & Steak seasoning
- Juice of ½ lemon
- A drizzle of olive oil
- Salt to taste
For serving:
- White rice
- Carrots
- Cucumber
- Avocado
- Salsa of your choice
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Directions
- Season the salmon with paprika, black pepper, Spanglish Asadero Tex-Mex Chicken & Steak seasoning, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt to taste. Mix well to coat evenly.
- Place the salmon in the air fryer and cook at 380°F for 12 minutes.
- Once cooked, serve the salmon over white rice.
- Add carrots, cucumber, and avocado on the side.
- Top with salsa of your choice and garnish with chopped green onions.
