Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn, roasted
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise per cup
  • Cotija cheese to taste
  • Spanglish Asadero Elote
  • 2 limes, sliced into wedges
  • Hot sauce to taste

Directions
  1. Roast the corn and set aside.
  2. Slice the limes into wedges.
  3. Rim the serving cups with Spanglish Asadero Elote.
  4. Fill about halfway with the roasted corn.
  5. Top with mayonnaise, hot sauce and cotija cheese to taste.
  6. Add a bit more of the roasted corn and sprinkle with a couple of dashes of Spanglish Asadero Elote seasoning.
  7. Sprinkle lime juice with one wedge for each cup.
  8. Top with more cotija cheese.
  9. Garnish with a wedge of lime and sprinkle a bit more of the hot sauce to taste. Stir prior to eating and enjoy!
