Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons olive or avocado oil
- 1 white onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 small potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons red wine
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1½ cup beef broth
- 3 teaspoons Spanglish Asadero All Purpose seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the oil. Once warm, add the onion, potatoes, and peppers and cook for 5 minutes to soften.
- Add the garlic and add ground beef, cooking until the beef is mostly browned. Pour in the red wine and use it to deglaze the pan.
- Add the tomato sauce, beef broth and seasonings. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
- Cover and cook for about 20 minutes, until the potatoes are fully soft. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over rice and enjoy.
