Ingredients
- 1.5 lb. ground beef
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Spanglish Asadero Taco seasoning packet
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup yellow onion, diced
- 1/4 cup jalapenos, seeded and diced
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 2 cups broccolini, washed and cut into florets
- 4cups white rice, cooked
Directions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until no longer pink and cooked through, approximately 8-12 minutes.
- Add Spanglish Asadero Taco seasoning and mix thoroughly.
- Remove meat and set aside.
- Add 1 tbsp. olive oil to skillet. Once warm, add garlic, onion, jalapeƱos and bell peppers. Cook for 4-6 minutes, or until fragrant and onions are semi translucent.
- Add ground beef back into the skillet and mix.
- Add the chopped broccoli and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes letting the flavors meld together.
- Remove and serve over a bed of white rice. Enjoy!
