Ingredients
- 5 jalapeños, sliced in half lengthwise
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces shredded cheese, like Cheddar or Monterey Jack
- 2 scallions, green parts diced fine
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Spanglish Asadero All Purpose Seasoning
- Crescent roll dough of choice
- 2 black olives, cut into small pieces for the "eyes"

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Remove the pit and seeds of each jalapeño half, leaving a space to add the cheese mixture.
- In a medium bow, combine the cheeses, scallion and Spanglish Asadero All Purpose Seasoning.
- Once combined, fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- Roll out your crescent dough and slice it into thin strips.
- Wrap 1-2 strips around each jalapeño to form a mummy, leaving some space in between each wrap.
- At the top, add two small pieces of black olives to make eyes.
- Bake the mummies for 8-10 minutes, until the wrapping is golden brown. Enjoy!
