Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 tbsp Spanglish Asadero Chili con Carne seasoning
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
For the sauce:
- ½ avocado
- 1 serrano pepper
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- Salt to taste
- Juice of ½ lime
- A small handful of cilantro
- A splash of water
Directions
- Cook 2 pounds of ground beef in a pan.
- Add half a packet of Spanglish Asadero Chili con Carne seasoning and mix well.
- Add 1/3 cup chopped onion, stir, cover, and cook for about 12 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- In a blender, add all sauce ingriedints and blend until smooth.
- Assemble:
Heat a griddle or skillet.
Place flour tortillas, add mozzarella cheese, the ground beef, and drizzle a little oil.
Fold or cover with another tortilla and cook until golden and crispy on both sides.
Serve with the sauce and enjoy!
