- In a small pan over low heat, melt the butter.
 - Add olive oil, melted butter to a small ramekin.
 - Next add the garlic, lemon juice, Spanglish Asadero All Purpose seasoning, cayenne pepper and black pepper.
 - Let the sauce simmer on low for 1–2 minutes so the flavors blend.
 - Marinade fish in the butter mixture.
 - Place marinaded fish in a non-stick pan and cook about 3 minutes on both side or until thoroughly cooked through.
 - Serve with your favorite sides. 
 
You can also use it on: grilled shrimp, fish, chicken, or veggies.
