Tilapia with Butter and Lemon

Tilapia a la Mantequilla y Limon

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced or grated
  • Juice of 2–3 lemons (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon Spanglish Asadero All Purpose seasoning
  • Cayenne pepper, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Directions
  1. In a small pan over low heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add olive oil, melted butter to a small ramekin.
  3. Next add the garlic, lemon juice, Spanglish Asadero All Purpose seasoning, cayenne pepper and black pepper.
  4. Let the sauce simmer on low for 1–2 minutes so the flavors blend.
  5. Marinade fish in the butter mixture.
  6. Place marinaded fish in a non-stick pan and cook about 3 minutes on both side or until thoroughly cooked through.
  7. Serve with your favorite sides.

You can also use it on: grilled shrimp, fish, chicken, or veggies.
