Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef steak, chuck roast or top sirloin are good choices
- 1 packet Spanglish Asadero Carne Asada seasoning
- Frozen fries, cooked to package directions. Or fries made from scratch
- Shredded Mexican Cheese blend
Directions
- In a skillet, add 2 pounds of beef steak and season with one packet of Spanglish Asadero Carne Asada seasoning.
- Mix well, cover, and cook until the juices reduce and the meat becomes tender.
- For the fries, you can use frozen or fresh potatoes. I used frozen fries and cooked them in the air fryer for a few minutes until crispy.
- Once ready, sprinkle some cheese over the fries and heat for about a minute until melted. Top with the carne asada, pico de gallo, sour cream, and guacamole.
