Crispy Carne Asada Taquitos seasoned to perfection with Spanglish Asadero’s Carne Asada blend! Filled with flavorful ground beef, fresh toppings like pico de gallo, jalapeños, and a drizzle of Mexican crema, these taquitos are an explosion of taste in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3 tbsp. Spanglish Asadero Carne Asada Seasoning
  • 1 cup white onion, diced
  • 2 jalapenos, seeded and diced
  • 1 cup mexican blend cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 10 yellow corn tortillas

Carne Asada
Directions
  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until no longer pink and cooked through, approximately 8-12 minutes.
  2. Drain grease from the meat. Return meat to skillet, add onions, jalapenos, and add Spanglish Asadero Carne Asada Seasoning. Stir to combine and simmer for an additional 4-6 minutes. Remove and let cool.
  3. Pour meat mixture into a mixing bowl. Add cheese, salsa and stir to combine.
  4. On a microwave safe plate, place the stack of your corn tortillas along with a wet paper towel over the top. Heat for 30 seconds to make the tortillas more pliable, before rolling your taquitos.
  5. Place one corn tortilla down and spoon a generous portion of the meat mixture to the side closest to you. Roll up tightly and place in the air fryer rack. Repeat with the rest of the tortillas.
  6. Place in the air fryer on 375°F degrees for 10-14 minutes or until the tortillas begin to brown.
  7. Remove and serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
