Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb. chicken wings
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 packet Spanglish Asadero Pollo Asado seasoning
- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp. garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp. sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds (garnish)
- 2 tbsp. green onions, sliced (garnish)

Pollo Asado
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425℉ degrees.
- Pat wings dry with paper towels.
- Toss wings with olive oil and Spanglish Asadero Pollo Asado seasoning in a mixing bowl, until evenly coated.
- Arrange wings on a wire-racked baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165℉ degrees. Remove and set aside until sauce is ready.
NOTE: Flip wings halfway for even cooking. - Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté 1 minute.
- Add sriracha, soy sauce, and honey. Stir, bring to a slight boil, and then remove from heat.
- Toss wings with sauce in a large mixing bowl until coated evenly.
- Serve garnished with sesame seeds and green onions. Enjoy!
