- Chicken
- Spanglish Asadero Pollo Asado seasoning
- Spanglish Asadero Chipotle Chicken seasoning
- Your favorite beer
- Juice from 2 fresh oranges
Directions
Marinade:
- Pour 2 cans of beer in a mixing bowl.
- Add 2 packets of Spanglish Asadero Pollo Asado seasoning.
- Add 2 tablespoons Spanglish Asadero Chipotle Chicken seasoning.
- Juice from 2 oranges. Mix well.
- In a large bowl with your chicken, add your marinade and let sit covered in your fridge for 4 hours.
Grilling directions:
- Set your grill to medium-high heat.
- Pull your chicken from the marinade and pat dry.
- Set your chicken on the grill and cook until the internal temperature reaches 170°F-175°F degrees. Flip every so often to achieve the perfect crisp.
- Once the internal temperature hits 170°F-175°F degrees, pull from grill and let the chicken rest for 10 minutes! Enjoy!
