Make the sauce
In a blender, combine the tomatoes, onion, garlic, salt, chicken bouillon, tomato powder, cumin, and water. Blend until smooth and set aside.
Cook the steak
- In a large skillet, add a little oil and place the steak inside.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Spanglish Asadero All Purpose Seasoning.
- Stir, cover, and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Add vegetables
- Add the sliced onion, jalapeños, and potatoes.
- Stir, cover, and cook for another 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
Add the sauce
- Pour the sauce over the steak and vegetables.
- Stir, add fresh cilantro, cover, and cook for 5 more minutes.
Serve
- Serve hot with rice, beans, or tortillas.
