Honey Garlic chicken Thighs

These Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs are amazing!


We started with some basic ingredients like olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salsa Maggi, and the game-changer, Spanglish Asadero Mexican Prime Steak & Chop seasoning. The combination of these seasonings created a rich base of flavors that was both bold and satisfying.


For the cooking part, we used a cast-iron skillet right on the grill, which we had set to the smoker setting. This method added a gentle smoky touch to the chicken, enhancing the overall taste without overpowering it.


The real magic happened with the glaze, though. We mixed butter, honey, minced garlic, and a sprinkle of red chili flakes. This glaze was brushed over the chicken as it finished cooking, creating a beautifully caramelized layer that locked in the flavors and added just the right amount of sweetness and heat.


The end result was incredibly delicious. Each bite was juicy and packed with flavor, making it hard to stop at just one piece. It's a straightforward dish, sure, but sometimes those are the best kind.
