In 2017, Spanglish Asadero® was co-founded by Victor Franco. It began as a food catering business in Southern California offering authentic food creations with unique handcrafted seasonings that were loved by everyone who joined in. After a successful venture in the catering business, the idea was born to bottle these one-of-a-kind seasonings and so, the journey began.

 

In the early days, it was like many other start-ups, starting in a garage. More specifically, it started in Victor’s garage in Downey, California, with his outdoor kitchen being the center for all R&D (recipe and development).

 

How it's going

 

The Spanglish Asadero® seasoning brand has grown into a full operation, headquartered in Ontario, California. We partner with hundreds of people and companies (retail partners, distributors, chefs, influencers, food bloggers, etc.) around the world who are just as passionate as we are about our brand and the unique and authentic flavors we offer. Our customers have grown to love our brand and the quality that comes with every bottle.

We are on this journey with an amazing and passionate team that is the lifeblood of our organization. They are an exceptional group of individuals who continually inspire us with their dedication, creativity, and passion. Their collaborative spirit and unyielding commitment to excellence, not only propel our success but also make every working day a unique journey of growth and discovery.
