1. Heat olive oil in a large pot or dutch oven over medium heat.
2. Add the onions, jalapeños, and sauté until softened. About 4-5 minutes.
3. Then add the bacon and cook until the bacon starts to crisp, stirring occasionally. About 6-8 minutes.
4. Add the chorizo, breaking up with a wooden spoon and mixing. Cook until the chorizo is cooked through. About 4-6 minutes.
5. Then add the sausage and ham. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring often. NOTE: Remove excess fat with a paper towel or spoon at this point.
6. Add the broth, pinto beans and Spanglish Asadero Taco Seasoning. Stir and bring to a boil.
7. Lower the heat to a simmer and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
8. Remove from heat, add cilantro and stir.
9. Serve warm topped with your favorite taco toppings!
