Ingredients
🥩 For the steak:
- 2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into small bite-sized pieces
- 1–2 tablespoons Spanglish Asadero Fajita seasoning
- Salt, to taste
- A little oil for cooking
🌽 For the Mexican street corn:
- 3 corns
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Spanglish Asadero Elote seasoning
- A handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
🌮 For serving:
Directions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
- Add the sirloin steak pieces and season with Spanglish Asadero Fajita seasoning and salt to taste.
- Mix well, cover, and cook for approximately 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the steak is fully cooked and tender.
- While the steak is cooking, melt the butter in a separate skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced corn and a little salt. Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is tender and lightly browned.
- Transfer the cooked corn to a bowl.
- Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, Spanglish Asadero Elote seasoning, and chopped cilantro. Mix well and set aside.
- Once the steak is ready, warm the flour tortillas.
- Fill each tortilla with steak and top with a spoonful of the street corn mixture.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
