- In a pan, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Add a little bit of chopped onion and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Next, add one 7 oz package of estrella pasta (little star pasta) and keep stirring constantly until the pasta changes color to a light golden brown.
- Meanwhile, in a blender add:
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/3 of an onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
- 1 tablespoon tomato bouillon
- 1 tablespoon Spanglish Asadero Garlic Salt seasoning
- 1 cup of water
- Blend everything until smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the toasted pasta and add 3 more cups of water. Add a small bunch of cilantro, cover, and let it cook for about 10–12 minutes.
Turn off the heat and it’s ready! Enjoy it with some crispy tacos of your choice.
