Pollo Asado Spicy Mexican Chicken Marinade
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp. chipotle paste
- 3 tbsp. Spanglish Asadero Pollo Asado seasoning
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp. mexican oregano
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 limes, juice

Directions
- Add all ingredients to a jar or other resealable container.
- Shake or whisk vigorously, until well combined. Let sit for at least 10 minutes before using as a marinade.
NOTE: Marinade can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, still holding freshness. - Coat your preferred cuts of chicken and marinate before cooking.
NOTE: For boneless chicken, marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes - 6 hours. For bone-in chicken, marinate in the refrigerator for 1 - 8 hours. - Remove marinated chicken from the refrigerator and allow it to reach room temperature before cooking.Enjoy!
