Mexican Pollo Asado Chicken Skewers

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Spanglish Asadero Pollo Asado seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • A little chopped parsley

Directions
  1. Marinate the chicken:
    In a bowl, mix the chicken cubes with olive oil, salt, lemon pepper, and Spanglish Asadero Pollo Asado Seasoning.
  2. Assemble the skewers:
    Mix well and thread the chicken pieces onto the wooden skewers.
  3. Cook in the airfryer:
    Place the skewers in the air fryer and cook at 380°F for 15–20 minutes, or until the chicken is golden and fully cooked.
  4. Make the lemon butter:
    Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small pot. Add a bit of lemon pepper, the juice of half a lemon, and chopped parsley. Mix well.
  5. Finish and serve:
    Once the skewers are ready, brush them with the lemon butter mixture.Serve with white rice and enjoy a fresh, flavorful meal.
