Ingredients
For the Mango Salsa:
- 2 tomatoes, diced into small cubes
- 1/3 red onion, finely diced
- 1 mango, diced into small cubes
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon Spanglish Asadero Garlic & Lime seasoning
- A pinch of salt
For the tilapia:
- Tilapia fillets
- Spanglish Asadero Garlic & Lime seasoning, to taste
- Paprika, to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
Serve with rice.
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, red onion, mango, cilantro, lime juice, Garlic & Lime seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything well until fully combined, then set aside.
- Season the tilapia fillets on both sides with Garlic & Lime seasoning and paprika.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Once melted, place the tilapia fillets in the pan.
- Cook the tilapia for about 5–6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden.
- Serve with a side of rice, top the tilapia with the fresh mango salsa, and enjoy!
