Mango Salsa Tilapia

Ingredients

For the Mango Salsa:

  • 2 tomatoes, diced into small cubes
  • 1/3 red onion, finely diced
  • 1 mango, diced into small cubes
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon Spanglish Asadero Garlic & Lime seasoning
  • A pinch of salt

For the tilapia:

  • Tilapia fillets
  • Spanglish Asadero Garlic & Lime seasoning, to taste
  • Paprika, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Serve with rice.

Garlic & Lime

Directions
  1. In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, red onion, mango, cilantro, lime juice, Garlic & Lime seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything well until fully combined, then set aside.
  2. Season the tilapia fillets on both sides with Garlic & Lime seasoning and paprika.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Once melted, place the tilapia fillets in the pan.
  4. Cook the tilapia for about 5–6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden.
  5. Serve with a side of rice, top the tilapia with the fresh mango salsa, and enjoy!
