Ingredients
🌭 For the hot dogs:
- Hot dogs of your choice
- Bacon strips
- 1 onion, sliced into strips
- 2 to 3 jalapeños, sliced into rounds
- Spanglish Asadero Garlic Salt seasoning
- Hot dog buns* Mayonnaise
🥫 For the burger sauce:
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped pickles
- A splash of Worcestershire sauce
- Garlic powder, to taste

Directions
- Wrap each hot dog with bacon strips and place them in a skillet. Fry well on both sides until the bacon is crispy and fully cooked. Once ready, remove them from the skillet and place on a paper towel to absorb some of the grease.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and season with Spanglish Asadero Garlic Salt seasoning. Mix well and cook for about 1 minute.
- Add the sliced jalapeños, stir, and continue cooking until the onions become slightly caramelized.
- For the burger sauce, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, chopped pickles, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Heat the hot dog buns on a comal or skillet until toasted on both sides.
- To assemble, spread a little mayonnaise inside each bun, add the bacon-wrapped hot dog, top with the jalapeño onion mixture, and drizzle with the burger sauce.
- Serve and enjoy!
