Cook the beef:

Cover and cook on medium-low heat for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Prepare the avocado sauce:
In a blender, combine the avocado, cilantro, garlic, salt, lemon juice, and crema.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
Assemble the taquitos:
Fill each flour tortilla with the cooked beef and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Roll them tightly.
Fry the taquitos:
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Fry the taquitos until golden and crispy on both sides.
Remove and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
Serve and enjoy with the avocado sauce.
