Beef Taco Loaded Potato Bowl
Ingredients
- 4 gold potatoes. diced into small cubes
- 5 tablespoons Spanglish Asadero Taco seasoning, divided
- 1 lb ground beef
- Shredded Jack cheese to garnish bowl
- Pico de gallo to taste, for garnish
- Guacamole to taste, for garnish
- Sour cream to taste, for garnish
- Cilantro, chopped, and to taste for garnish
Directions
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the diced potatoes.
- Season with 2 tablespoons Spanglish Asadero Taco seasoning. Mix well, cover, and cook for 8–10 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
- Once ready, remove them from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add ground beef. Season with 3 tablespoons of Spanglish Asadero Taco seasoning. Mix well, cover, and cook for about 8 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- To assemble the bowl, add the cooked potatoes and ground beef. Top with shredded Cheddar Jack cheese and let it melt.
- Finish with pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream, and chopped cilantro for garnish.
