Beef Taco Loaded Potato Bowl

Ingredients

  • 4 gold potatoes. diced into small cubes
  • 5 tablespoons Spanglish Asadero Taco seasoning, divided
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Shredded Jack cheese to garnish bowl
  • Pico de gallo to taste, for garnish
  • Guacamole to taste, for garnish
  • Sour cream to taste, for garnish
  • Cilantro, chopped, and to taste for garnish

Directions
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add the diced potatoes.
  2. Season with 2 tablespoons Spanglish Asadero Taco seasoning. Mix well, cover, and cook for 8–10 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
  3. Once ready, remove them from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add ground beef. Season with 3 tablespoons of Spanglish Asadero Taco seasoning. Mix well, cover, and cook for about 8 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  5. To assemble the bowl, add the cooked potatoes and ground beef. Top with shredded Cheddar Jack cheese and let it melt.
  6. Finish with pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream, and chopped cilantro for garnish.
