Ingredients
2½ lbs chicken wings
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 Tbsp garlic, minced
4 Tbsp sriracha sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1½ Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp sesame seeds (garnish)
2 Tbsp green onions, sliced (garnish)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425℉ degrees.
Pat wings dry with paper towels.
Toss wings with olive oil and Spanglish Asadero Pollo Asado seasoning in a mixing bowl, until evenly coated.
Arrange wings on a wire-racked baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165℉ degrees. Remove and set aside until sauce is ready. NOTE: Flip wings halfway for even cooking.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté 1 minute.
Add sriracha, soy sauce, and honey. Stir, bring to a slight boil, and then remove from heat.
Toss wings with sauce in a large mixing bowl until coated evenly.
Serve garnished with sesame seeds and green onions. Enjoy!
