Ingredients

For the burger patty:

Burger sauce:

  • 3 Tbsp mayonnaise

  • 2 Tbsp ketchup

  • 1 Tbsp mustard

  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped pickles

  • Worcestershire sauce

  • Garlic powder and onion powder

Instructions

  1. Shape the ground beef into small balls, then press them down using a tortilla press or anything you have to flatten them.

  2. Place them on a hot griddle and sprinkle with Spanglish Asadero Garlic Salt seasoning to taste.

  3. Once they start to brown, flip and cook for just 1 more minute, then remove from the griddle.

  4. On the same griddle, add the onion and sliced jalapeños. Add a little more Spanglish Asadero Garlic Salt seasoning and cook, stirring constantly, until the onion starts to soften. Remove from the griddle.

  5. Mix all the burger sauce ingredients together.

  6. Place the meat back on the griddle and add the yellow cheese. Once melted, it's time to assemble the burger.

  7. Spread some sauce on the toasted bun, add the patties, top with the onion and jalapeño mixture, add a little more sauce, cover with the top bun, and it's ready to enjoy!
