Grilled Corn Ribs
Corn Ribs bring out the best in grilled corn. The natural sweetness of the corn meets the smoky depth of the grill, while our Spanglish Asadero Elote Seasoning adds layers of chili, citrus, and savory spices. The heat from the grill caramelizes the kernels, making every bite packed with bold flavor.
A drizzle of mayo-lime sauce adds richness and a tangy contrast to the seasoning, fresh cilantro brings brightness, and Parmesan cheese rounds it out with a salty bite. It's a simple way to turn corn into something unforgettable, perfect for any grilling day.
