Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. skirt steak, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp. Spanglish Asadero Carne Asada seasoning
- 2 tbsp. olive oil, separated
- 12 street taco sized corn tortillas, warmed
- 3/4 cup white onion, diced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, cut into wedges

Directions
- Combine diced skirt steak, 1 tbsp. olive oil, and Spanglish Asadero Carne Asada seasoning in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil in a large cast iron skillet or on the flat top grill over medium-high heat. Once hot, add steak and cook, stirring often, until steak has browned, about 5-6 minutes, or until desired doneness.
- Serve steak in warmed tortillas, topped with onion, fresh cilantro, and a squeeze of lime. Enjoy!
